Carl Fredricksen spent his whole life dreaming to go to Paradise Falls with his wife, who eventually dies. To show his determination and appreciation to his wife, he finally realises that he needs to get there.
With helium stuffed balloons, he releases them into the air as people from the old people’s home called Shady Oaks come to get him for abusing the postman.

GOD this was a struggle.
That's my view as someone who has never watched a Harry Potter film before - nor read any of the books.
The opening pace was glacial and it didn't get any better, save for the odd 'state of the art' special effects shock. Really, really dull. How many lingering shots of fog, mist and crashing waves can one film, albeit almost a bum-numbing three hours, pack in?

THE team at Think Parents sent us a Blu-ray player and some DVDs to review. Once we had them working, the scene reminded me of the Christmas episode of the Royle Family, as everyone clamoured to try out the newly arrived kit.
Just as Jim and Sheila had a whale of a time flicking the lever on their new sofa as it whizzed into upright and reclining positions, we grabbed the remote and ooohed and aaahed at the quality of the picture.
"It's like they're here in the room with you," said Melissa.
